July 17-18 Cleanup

Postby bigjasoni » Thu Jul 22, 2010 6:12 pm

Just finished my cleanup of the larger cons from last weekend. This was from what I got classified at 20+ and some of my 20-. Great color, and of course the nugget I found on the first day. :D :o  I've still got most of my 20- to go through including what I'm thinking is going to be a GREAT bucket of 70- I'll post pictures of the final cleanup later, but for now this is what I've got. Bill, I'm going to need a 30 and 100 mesh classifier.

SEE EVERYONE! I NEED YELLOW MINER'S MOSS!   Funny thing is Au_Some and I didn't even see it in the blue moss I already have. That sucker was buried deep. We were actually checking out the other flakes in the pan when I gave it one more swirl, and that "Clunker" fell out of the black sand. Surprise surprise... :D Probably be another 100 trips out before I get another one.
